Key Responsibilities:

Develops production schedules and coordinates material planning activities to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. Works independently on moderate complexity planning activities and collaborates with production and supply chain teams to resolve scheduling conflicts. Supports the SIOP processes to align supply with demand and ensure appropriate inventory levels. Ensures critical materials and components are available to support production schedules and maintain high levels.

Key Deliverables of the Position

1) Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with manufacturing capacity.

2) Monitor inventory levels and adjust schedules accordingly.

3) Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure material availability.

4) Identify scheduling risks and recommend adjustments.

5) Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes.

6) Assist with forecasting and demand planning activities.

Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • Solid knowledge of production planning systems and processes
  • Experience with ERP and scheduling systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience
  • Works under general supervision
