As a Pilates Coordinator with Life Time Training, you will assist our members by educating, delivering, and connecting them to our industry leading strategy of the Core 3. The power of Core 3 is our unmatched ability to address all areas of our members' health and fitness needs to achieve optimal results. As a team member of the Life Time Training division, you are able to advance your career in the fitness industry by providing your expertise and gaining experience in the following areas:
KNOW IT- Comprehensive AssessmentsEducation, testing, and technology to help our members' know how their unique bodies work. (Examples: Lab Testing, Metabolic Assessments, Devices, Activity Monitors, myHealthScore)
NOURISH IT- Personalized Nutrition and LifestyleProfessional advice, products and strategies to fuel and enrich our members' healthy way of life.(Examples: Nutrition Coaching, Nutritional Products, Supplements, Registered Dietitians)

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develops safe, professional, exciting and comprehensive mind body programs to ensure clients are satisfied with their comprehensive personal health and fitness goals
  • Coordinates class offerings, schedules, and staffing according to national standards
  • Monitors and instructs clients during class and private training sessions on the safe and effective use of Pilates training equipment
  • Educates members on current mind body health and fitness issues and trends
  • Refers members to appropriate instructor and or class based on level and knowledge
  • Completes and maintains accurate and current client files
  • Promotes and sells all Life Studio programs and services throughout the club and community
  • Ensures mind body instructors organize and facilitate mind body seminars and demonstrations
  • Manages 90-day on-boarding process for new Life Studio instructors
  • Mentors instructors and provides feedback, giving them tools to improve and develop stronger sales and customer service skills
  • Makes hiring, promotion, disciplinary, and termination recommendations to the Personal Training Department Head
  • Conducts weekly Life Studio Team meetings
  • Uses all required safety devices and personal protection equipment

Qualifications Education & Experience
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Four-year degree in kinesiology, sports medicine or other related field preferred
  • One-year supervisory experience
  • Three years teaching and participation experience in Pilates formats
  • Two years sales experience

Licenses / Certifications/ Registrations
Certified Pilates Personal Trainer (Minimum of One Certifications
  • STOTT - Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, and Barrels
