As a Physician Assistant at Care First, you will:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans under the guidance of supervising physicians.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and interpret lab results to make informed decisions about patient care.
• Assist in performing various procedures and surgical interventions, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
• Provide follow-up care and rehabilitation support to patients, continually evaluating and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment protocols, and preventative measures to promote better health outcomes.
• Document and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a Physician Assistant program from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in multiple medical specialties.
• Proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and patient management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

While not mandatory, candidates with knowledge or previous experience in areas such as Emergency Medicine, Surgery, or Internal Medicine will be highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and practice management software is also a plus.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 150,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
