A Pharmacy Director-Practice Site contributes to AHF by overseeing Pharmacy Operations and is the Pharmacist-In-Charge, as required by the Board of Pharmacy. As a clinical pharmacist, works in an innovative environment that strives to improve, develop, and implement new systems and processes that help ensure AHF maintains and improves our cutting-edge services that enhance the lives of our patients.
A Pharmacy Director-Practice Site enhances the reputation of AHF by collaborating with colleagues and team members to provide innovative clinical services and by sharing with others, ideas, learning from others, training and networking. The Pharmacy Director in an AHF co-located Healthcare Center/Pharmacy is an active member of the overall Tetrad Management Team of the HCC/Pharmacy unit.
You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.
To be successful as a Pharmacy Director-Practice Site it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. The Pharmacy Director-Practice Site will work as a part of a close-knit team to make valuable contributions to all locations by helping bring "Best Practice" ideas, as well as providing consistent application of process, procedures and policy throughout the organization. Attending
various internal and external meetings that may be assigned such as conferences, training.
