Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Make patterns and mock-up sample frames for New Product Development (NPD).
  • Develop samples as well as production pieces with high attention to detail
  • Produce high quality samples, built on time, using the best construction methods
  • Make improvement accommodations for current upholstery
  • Must be able to upholster, trim, complete skirt detail, make cutting patterns, and develop poly patterns
  • Assist in documenting spec sheets for parts and materials (springs, webbing, poly, etc.)
  • Generate products and services from inception to commercialization for customers
  • Work closely with manager to develop prototypes for products.
