Patent Litigation Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking an IP Litigation Associate to join a premier international law firm’s nationally recognized Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented litigation associate to work on high-profile patent and trade secret disputes for leading clients across the technology, life sciences, and consumer products industries.

The firm is widely regarded as a powerhouse in patent litigation, known for handling cutting-edge matters involving complex technologies and bet-the-company disputes in venues across the country. Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in sophisticated patent and trade secret litigation matters
  • Assist with all phases of litigation, including:
