We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build their career with our Operations Team as a PICK-PACKER In addition to joining a company that has been awarded "Best Companies to Work For", we offer excellent training, development, and an outstanding benefits package. This is a dynamic role where you will be a key part of our Operations Team with objectives including:

  • Accurately Pick and Pack orders in a timely manner to meet pick times
  • Accurately organize shipments by carrier type
  • Accurately pick and pack products from inventory shelves based on customer orders, ensuring the right items and quantities are selected
  • Safely and securely pack products for shipment, ensuring packaging meets quality standards and protects items during transit.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are correct and that inventory is stored in an organized manner and in its designated area.
  • Prepare items for shipment, including labeling packages, generating shipping documentation, and ensuring all orders are ready for dispatch in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with other warehouse team members and/or departments to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Conduct routine inventory counts and report discrepancies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed.

Skills Required

  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds repetitively as well as bend and reach for product when needed
  • Able to operate and have a basic understanding of mechanical operation of pallet jack, forklift, man-lift and other such warehouse equipment
  • Must possess basic math skills and have the capacity to retain numbers
  • Work in different temperatures (-10 to 80 degree room temperature)
