Orthodontic Office Manager

Novus Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Office Manager to lead our growing practice. If you're passionate about leadership, building relationships, marketing, and creating an exceptional patient experience, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice.
  • Drive practice growth through marketing and community outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referring dental offices.
  • Monitor production, collections, KPIs, and office performance.
  • Ensure an outstanding patient experience.
  • Manage scheduling, insurance, billing, and financial performance.
  • Recruit, train, and coach team members.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of orthodontic office experience (required).
  • Previous orthodontic management experience (required).
