Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN)
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) to become a vital member of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional nursing care to senior residents and rehabilitation patients within a nurturing, family-oriented atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Manage complex clinical conditions and respond swiftly to any changes in patient status.
- Deliver skilled nursing care, including wound management, IV therapy, catheter and tube care, and pain management.
- Support rehabilitation therapies as needed based on the care setting.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Assist in discharge planning and ensure that each residentโs care plan addresses their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
- Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, medications, care routines, and health maintenance.
- Promote and exemplify quality, safety, and infection control practices.
- Participate in fall prevention, skin integrity programs, and medication safety checks.
- Mentor and support CNAs and other team members, fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Current RN license.
- Strong commitment to teamwork and clinical integrity.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
