Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN)

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) to become a vital member of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional nursing care to senior residents and rehabilitation patients within a nurturing, family-oriented atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
  • Manage complex clinical conditions and respond swiftly to any changes in patient status.
  • Deliver skilled nursing care, including wound management, IV therapy, catheter and tube care, and pain management.
  • Support rehabilitation therapies as needed based on the care setting.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Assist in discharge planning and ensure that each residentโ€™s care plan addresses their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
  • Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, medications, care routines, and health maintenance.
  • Promote and exemplify quality, safety, and infection control practices.
  • Participate in fall prevention, skin integrity programs, and medication safety checks.
  • Mentor and support CNAs and other team members, fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.
