Central Nursing Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team. RNs play an essential role in delivering quality resident care, supporting interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a safe, respectful, and resident-centered healthcare environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Monitoring, assessing, and documenting resident conditions
  • Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
  • Responding appropriately to changes in resident condition
  • Supervising and supporting nursing assistants and nursing staff
  • Collaborating with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams

What We're Looking For:
