Job description

Tired of taking care of 10+ patients at once?

At RNS Private Duty Care, weโ€™re looking for experienced, skilled caregivers who are used to fast-paced facility work and are ready for something betterโ€”safer environments, lower stress, and the ability to actually focus on one client at a time.

We do things differently. Caregivers deserve moreโ€”better pay, safer homes, and real support. Every client and home is personally vetted for safety and compatibility, and youโ€™ll always have a nurse case manager overseeing care, so youโ€™re never left figuring things out on your own.

If you can handle the demands of a facility, you will thrive here.

Why RNS?
Competitive wages ($19โ€“$22/hr based on experience)
1:1 client care โ€” no more juggling multiple patients
Supportive, locally owned team that actually knows and respects caregivers
Every client and home is approved for safety and fit before assignment
Direct support from a case manager for all clients
Opportunities for professional growth and recognition

Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Licensed driver with a clean driving record and compliance with RNS safety policy
Reliable, insured vehicle
Cell phone with internet and texting capabilities
Daily access to RNS email
Fluent in English
Able to perform all physical and mental requirements of the role

Responsibilities:
Provide care as agreed upon by the client, clientโ€™s family, and RNS case manager
Assist with activities of daily living, including monitoring Alzheimerโ€™s & dementia clients, taking vitals, patient transfers, fall prevention, bathing, home tasks, documentation, medication reminders, and pain management
Provide safe transportation and run errands as needed
Work comfortably in homes with pets when applicable
Follow all RNS policies, including HIPAA, standards of conduct, and dress code
Maintain current CPR certification (or complete within 90 days of hire)
Maintain current TB test (or complete within 90 days of hire)
Responsible for working all assigned shifts and ensuring coverage if unavailable

Work Authorization:
United States (Required)
