Job description

ERP Trainer - Financial Suite
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Position Summary
The ERP Trainer - Financial Suite is responsible for designing and delivering end-user training programs related to ERP Financial applications. This role provides classroom and virtual instruction, develops training materials, and ensures users can effectively utilize ERP functionality to perform daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver ERP Financial Suite training programs.
  • Conduct instructor-led classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions.
  • Demonstrate system functionality, business processes, and application workflows.
  • Create user guides, quick-reference materials, job aids, and training documentation.
  • Facilitate discussions and respond to participant questions.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate training schedules, facilities, and participant communications.
  • Maintain training environments and training datasets.
  • Assist with system rollout and post-implementation support activities.
