The Role: Assistant Operations Supervisor

As our new Assistant Operations Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our warehouse operations and guiding our talented team. Reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor, you will leverage your expertise in emergency vehicle equipment to ensure our customers receive the very best service and support.

Key Responsibilities

Installer Leadership: Instruct and train installers on best practices and specialized configurations

Technical Guidance: Answer installer questions and provide on-the-ground problem-solving support

Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality control checks to maintain high standards

Customer Excellence: Meet with walk-in customers and provide updates on orders and configurations

Training Expertise: Train customers on vehicle operations, ensuring their confidence and safety

Sales Partnership: Collaborate with sales staff to guarantee order accuracy and seamless operations

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in public safety vehicle equipment installation
