Title: Operations Manager
Overview : The Operations Manager will direct our day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, taking on duties that encompass scheduling, supervision.
Examples of Duties/Essential Functions:
• Oversee and manage all Rental Operations
• Manage all receiving and distribution operations
• Track productivity to meet company's requirements and maximize operational efficiency
• Train warehouse team, ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures, including employee development
• Coordinate and manage logistics
• Plan and monitor optimal space utilization and efficient inventory flow
• Approval of all subrental purchases
• Create and submit all pull sheets and purchase orders
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and efficient warehouse
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3-4 years' experience working in a similar warehouse environment
• 1-2 years' experience supervising a team
• Proficient in basic computer software programs; Google Suite products a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to lift /and move up 7 0 lbs. regularly
• A bility to maintain work in a fast - paced environment
• Self - motivated with the initiative to learn and be trained on various types of equipment and processes
• Excellent organizational a nd time management skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed
