This person will become the right hand to the owners, helping oversee daily operations, improve systems, and keep our crews, customers, and office running smoothly.


Responsibilities


Daily Operations


  • Coordinate daily crew schedules and job assignments
  • Ensure crews have the equipment and information needed each day
  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and job updates
  • Handle last-minute schedule changes due to weather or emergencies
  • Track job progress and ensure projects stay on schedule


Team Support


  • Coordinate with field crews throughout the day
  • Help onboard new employees
  • Track employee hours and assist with payroll preparation
