Position Summary
redbox+ Dumpsters of Lehigh Valley is currently in search of an Operations Manager to join our team! If you are looking to join a dynamic team, where you wear multiple hats and work with the Owners of this unique service provided to general contractors, roofers, builders, and remodeling firms and enjoy providing extraordinary service, this is the right fit for you!
This individual is career growth-oriented and has an interest in learning quickly and advancing to a General Manager position. Enjoys logistics, is customer-focused and likes being hands-on with helping others.
Responsibilities
  • Reviews daily routes and ensures routing efficiency to deliver Roll-Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job-sites safely and on time.
  • Communicates with customers and homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Daily utilization of Whip Around Maintenance and Inspection program. Ensures compliance with safety rules and regulations including completion of Safety Pre-Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines.
  • Troubleshoots repair and maintenance items and provides daily updates.
  • Builds and maintains good working relationships with project managers.
  • Run weekly meetings and communicate company policies to Drivers.
  • Hire, Train, and conduct Performance Reviews of Drivers.
  • Work side by side with office manager to handle customer complaints or critical matters in order to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Records and reviews Driver Hours and confirms hours are logged accurately as required by DOT guidelines.
  • Directs and oversees transportation operations within the company.
  • Deliver Roll-Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job-sites safely, and empty containers and wastewater tanks at disposal sites.

Qualifications
  • Commercial driving: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Management experience: 3 years (Preferred)
  • CDL Class A or B (Preferred)
  • DOT Medical Card (Preferred)
  • Driver History Report (MVR - Required)

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
