Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in San Jose, CA. This position oversees day-to-day operational activities, including production planning, workflow optimization, and coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. The role involves developing and implementing operational processes, monitoring performance metrics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products. The Operations Manager will support resource planning, budgeting, and capacity management, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
