What You'll Do

As a Field Supervisor, you will help lead daily operations in the field and yard while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to EnerStar standards.

You will:

  • Lead by example and promote a strong safety culture
  • Champion EnerStar's Core Values in all interactions
  • Supervise field personnel to ensure safe, productive operations
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and execution of daily field activities
  • Support management of yard operations, equipment readiness, and overall organization
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and client site requirements
  • Communicate regularly with the District Manager regarding operational needs, personnel, and customer concerns
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and support exceptional service delivery
  • Ensure all tickets and required documentation are completed accurately before leaving a jobsite
  • Verify team members are utilizing proper PPE and working safely at all times
  • Support quality assurance efforts and maintain high service standards
  • Maintain DOT compliance for company vehicles, including CMV and non-CMV units
  • Assist with inventory, equipment tracking, and operational logistics
  • Serve as a backup to the District Manager as needed
  • Travel to Wright, WY and other locations as business needs require
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

What You Bring

Required Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

  • Relevant industry certifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of directly related industry experience
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred

Travel Requirements: Travel is a regular component of this role. You will be expected to travel within the district and periodically assist with operations and rig moves in Wright, Wyoming. Per diem will be provided for qualifying travel assignments.


Must be 21+ years old to drive a commercial vehicle.
