Respiratory DME Branch Operations Leader

Location: Eau Claire Area, WI

A day in this role

You start the morning with a quick huddle for a tight-knit crew of about 4–5 team members. Routes are assigned, on-call coverage is confirmed, and inventory levels are reviewed so every delivery lands on time. Midday, you might jump behind the wheel to deliver respiratory equipment to a patient or healthcare facility—taking a few extra minutes to explain safe use and care. In the afternoon, you check regulatory logs to ensure adherence to FDA, Board of Pharmacy, and DOT requirements, then connect with your Regional Operations Manager on coaching, performance, and continuous improvement. It’s hands-on leadership with a direct impact on patient quality of life.

  • Direct day-to-day branch operations and mentor a team of approximately 4–5 employees.

Qualifications
  • Experience leading or managing drivers, delivery teams, branch operations, logistics, or a comparable operation.

  • Ability to successfully complete a motor vehicle records check, drug test, and DOT physical
