Starting at $20.00/hour + Tips + Monthly & Quarterly Performance Incentives



Pristine Steam Wash is seeking an experienced and dependable Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our automotive detailing business. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with professional detailing experience who is ready to manage a team, maintain high quality standards, improve productivity, and help grow the business.



Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily shop and mobile detailing operations.
  • Lead, train, coach, and support automotive detailers.
  • Coordinate daily schedules, workflow, and employee assignments.
  • Monitor employee productivity and job completion times.
  • Perform final quality inspections.
  • Maintain Pristine Steam Wash quality and customer service standards.
  • Professionally resolve escalated customer concerns.
  • Monitor inventory, chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure mobile units are stocked, maintained, and ready for service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and productive workplace.
  • Assist with detailing services.
  • Communicate staffing, scheduling, equipment, and operational concerns to ownership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.



*REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Professional automotive detailing experience with strong interior & exterior detailing knowledge and detailing equipment & chemicals knowledge.
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, team-lead, or management experience.
  • Strong organizational & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, professional, and self-motivated.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of automotive detailing.


Preferred Experience:
  • Paint correction and machine polishing
  • Ceramic coating application
  • Carpet and upholstery extraction
  • Advanced stain and odor removal



Compensation & Benefits:
  • Starting pay: $20.00/hour
  • Eligible for customer tips
