About the role:
We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager who will assist in overseeing the operations function within the boutique. They are the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools and ensuring the smooth running of operations to enable the ultimate client experience. They will work closely with the Operations Manager, along with the Boutique Leaders, by imparting critical business knowledge and maintaining operational excellence.

  • Own key operational functions within the Boutique including Inventory control, Cycle counts, Shipping and Receiving; support Facilities Management, Security, and Compliance.
  • Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations team to execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency.
  • Coach and inspire the team to uphold and deliver operational excellence.
  • Contribute to a positive working environment and support a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
  • Be the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems and Tools, and act as a resource for entire Boutique Team.
  • Support the team through various projects, initiatives, sales, and customer services.
  • Manage product request and movement while upholding organizational standards.

Position Logistics:
  • Requires in-store presence to facilitate the opening and closing of the boutique; the receiving of inventory; shipping of product to support sales to ensure optimal client service.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Compensation:
  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is 70,200 through 102,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position.
