Description:Culinary Assistant Operations ManagerFull Time


We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Dining Room Manager / Culinary Services Manager to lead daily service execution across multiple culinary venues. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fine dining environment, values team development, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional resident and guest experience.


You’ll partner closely with the Director of Culinary and Hospitality to elevate service standards, develop team members, and ensure seamless operations across dining, events, and catering.


As a visible leader on the floor, you will:

  • Lead day-to-day service operations across all culinary venues
  • Deliver an elevated, polished fine dining experience for residents and guests
  • Coach, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members
  • Provide daily direction and ensure smooth service flow
  • Support both front and back of house operations as needed
  • Collaborate on menu presentation and overall dining experience design
  • Oversee Point of Sale (POS) systems, training team members as needed
  • Manage alcohol inventory and vendor relationships (wine & beer)
  • Assist with resident billing, catering coordination, and event planning
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of team members
  • Participate in performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions
  • Help build and maintain a high-level fine dining training program
  • Step in to support payroll processes in the Director’s absence
Requirements:

What We Need In A Manager:

  • 3+ years of experience in fine dining, events, or catering leadership
  • Strong leadership presence with a team-first mindset
  • Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and service standards
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and operations oversight
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills with residents, guests, and team members
  • Hospitality Management degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and communicate clearly
