Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Brand Reputation Specialist to join a large, growing organization and their new Brand Reputation Team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, customer experience, and how brands engage with customers online. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while helping shape a newly created function. Role: Brand Reputation Specialist Location: Perimeter Onsite: 100% onsite Job Type: Permanent Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 annually What You’ll Do Monitor online reviews, social media comments, messages, and customer feedback. Craft professional, customer-friendly responses to positive and negative reviews. Identify recurring customer concerns and help uncover trends impacting the guest experience. Escalate sensitive customer or potential PR issues appropriately. Maintain accurate business listings, including locations, hours, and key information. Assist with reputation reporting, trend tracking, and customer insights. Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external partners. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required. Strong written communication and attention to detail. Organized, coachable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Professional and thoughtful when handling customer feedback.
