Jim Norton Toyota OKC is expanding our sales and customer experience team and is hiring motivated, professional individuals for our Client Advisor / Product Specialist program.  

This is NOT your typical “old-school” car sales position.  

We are looking for customer-focused professionals who enjoy helping people, learning  technology, building relationships, and creating exceptional experiences for our guests.  

Whether you come from hospitality, retail leadership, customer service, technology, fitness sales, call centers, or another people-focused industry — we provide paid training and development to help you build a long-term career in automotive.

What You’ll Do 

• Assist customers through the vehicle shopping process  

• Help guests explore vehicle features, technology, and options  

• Conduct product presentations and test drives  

• Communicate with customers by phone, text, email, and video  

• Follow up with internet and showroom guests  

• Maintain customer relationships before and after the sale  

• Learn Toyota product knowledge and dealership systems  

• Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused experience

Physical Requirements 

• The physical requirements of the position are MEDIUM in intensity.  

• Must be able to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.  

• Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable  necessary to drive vehicles safely. 

• Constant – Reaching, sitting, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking,  hearing.  

• Frequent – Repetitive motion. 

• Occasional – Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 20 lbs. 

Physical Working Conditions 

This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not  limited to temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise  levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and  minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dust  associated with operating an auto dealership.
