Responsibilities:
The ADON performs diverse duties to ensure resident care quality and will:
- Coordinate comprehensive nursing care
- Implement specialized procedures and programs
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and Nurse Manager in setting goals
- Adhere to operational policies, state, and federal regulations
Key Duties:
- Deliver safe and efficient care
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Participate in nursing home survey process
- Oversee infection control and quality assurance
- Supervise and train nursing personnel
- Organize in-service and training programs
Requirements:
- RN qualification
- Team-oriented
- Infection Prevention Experience preferred
- Experience training and educating others
