Job Description:
Responsible for receiving, verifying, storing, and staging materials to support production operations. Ensures inventory accuracy by comparing shipments to purchase orders, reporting discrepancies, and maintaining organized stock areas. Operates warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, assists with inventory counts, and follows all safety procedures while meeting daily deadlines.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or bills of lading
  • Report damaged goods and discrepancies to management
  • Store, organize, and rotate inventory in designated areas
  • Stage materials for production to ensure timely workflow
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and staging area
  • Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts, resolving discrepancies
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures,
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Must have good math skills
  • Must be able to lift 50pds
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel Reports
