  • Mentor and train new and existing personnel on process operations, promoting best practices and safe procedures.
  • Safely operate forklifts, lifts, and hand trucks to move materials and products as required.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to chemists and engineers during production activities and process improvements.
  • Accurately document data on batch records, graphs, and charts to ensure complete and compliant production records.

  • Basic understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLC) sufficient to work with automated or semi-automated systems.
  • Basic math skills to support accurate weighing, measuring, and documentation of materials and process data.
  • Strong attendance and punctuality, with a willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Effective interaction with multiple functions and diverse individuals to achieve production and quality goals.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to document work and collaborate with team members.
  • Strong reading, listening, and comprehension skills to follow procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accurate execution of procedures and documentation.
  • Demonstrated decision-making and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
