The Thrive Resource Navigator works collaboratively with community providers, schools, health care systems, workforce organizations, child welfare professionals, public assistance systems, and other community partners to help families move from crisis toward long-term stability, family preservation, and self-sufficiency.

The Navigator uses HopeHub with fidelity, completes closed-loop referrals, responds to referrals within required timeframes, completes reassessments every 30 days, and supports families through a strengths-based, family-centered, and culturally responsive approach.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of services through the successful and practical application of interviewing and assessment skills, knowledge of human growth and behavior, social service systems, crisis intervention, case management, care team coordination, resource navigation, and advocacy with assigned clients.
