THE ROLE
The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for enhancing Desert Diamond Arena's overall brand identity, visual standards, and fan experience. This role focuses on developing content, campaigns, and creative experiences that strengthen the venue's brand presence and connection with fans.
They will also be responsible for aiding in the creation and facilitation of revenue-focused campaigns including but not limited to social media, email, digital, and in-venue marketing. The Assistant Marketing Manager should be a creative, team-focused, positive individual and will work under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop original content that is engaging, trend-aware, and is designed to resonate with live event fans
  • Work closely with the marketing team to produce in-arena signage, branded visuals to enhance the overall atmosphere of Desert Diamond Arena
  • Support in the creation, execution and optimization of dynamic email campaigns.

  • Assists in data tracking of all marketing-related efforts.
  • Creates engaging marketing graphics using the Adobe Suite.
  • Organizes and executes media-related duties during events when required.
  • Leads the creative execution of backstage artist experience
  • Creates visual sales pieces for Premium Sales, and Private Event Sales
  • Maintains a high standard of professionalism, positive attitude, and professional appearance.
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related area of study required
  • 2-3 years' experience

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Advanced Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
  • This individual has excellent written communication, proofreading and editing skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and nights and weekends when required
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
