Job description

Mr. Rogers Windows is seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to help support and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for a well-rounded marketing professional who understands both digital marketing and traditional lead generation strategies.
We are looking for someone with a mature, professional mindset who can be creative while taking ownership of projects and contribute to the continued growth of our company.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
  • Develop graphics, advertisements and marketing materials for online, print, direct mail and community outreach efforts
  • Support lead generation initiatives including events, neighborhood marketing and local campaigns
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director, internal departments and outside vendors to ensure marketing objectives are achieved
  • Assist with website updates, email marketing and social media content
  • Research and evaluate new marketing strategies while maintaining proven lead generation methods
  • Produce internal communications and employee newsletters
  • Help oversee special projects and community marketing efforts
  • This is not a remote position. You will work in-office with the marketing team

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising or digital media
  • Experience with both digital marketing and traditional/non-digital lead generation
  • Strong communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration preferred.
