Job description

Qualifications: Experience teaching or performing marching percussion, including both battery and front ensemble. Knowledge of percussion technique, rehearsal strategies, and marching band performance practices. Ability to instruct students of varying skill levels in both individual and ensemble settings. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with the Marching Band Director and instructional staff. Availability to attend summer rehearsals, band camp, football games, competitions, and other required marching band events. Ability to supervise students in a safe, positive, and professional manner. Previous experience with high school or collegiate marching band programs preferred.
