Love hockey and enjoy leading people? We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Assistant Manager / Assistant Hockey Operations Manager to join our team at Suburban Ice Farmington Hills.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact both on and off the ice, helping lead facility operations, support hockey programs, develop staff and coaches, and create great experiences for our athletes and families.
What You'll Do
  • Help lead day-to-day arena operations and staff
  • Support hockey club and arena programming, administration and operations
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff and coaches
  • Provide on-ice instruction
  • Assist with scheduling, planning, budgeting, and program development
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to players, parents, coaches, and guests
  • Jump in wherever needed to keep the facility and programs running smoothly

What We're Looking For
  • Strong hockey background with playing, coaching, or instructional experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable solving problems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to Do Whatever It Takes
