Job description

Hoist & Crane Service Group is looking for an experienced Operations Manager.

Operations Managers are responsible for the following:

  • Manage business operations and profitability
  • Assist planners with scheduling, maintaining job costs, procurement, and accounting functions
  • Evaluate the financial impacts of field operations on branch performance
  • Work with the Branch Manager to meet Safety, Human Resources, and Recruiting goals

Operations Managers are also eligible for our annual Team Incentive Bonus

The qualified candidate will be able to pass drug, alcohol, background, and motor vehicle checks and will meet the following:

  • 5+ years of field or industrial office management experience
  • Accounting experience - AP/AR/Payroll (NetSuite experience a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proficient with computers
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods of time

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background (DISA) and submit to random and annual drug testing as required.
