As a member of our Operations Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our culture of customer service excellence while leading day-to-day warehouse operations, customer order fulfillment, inventory flow, and team development. We are looking for a strong leader with proven experience managing operations in a large-scale wholesale distribution warehouse environment with a focus on efficiency, logistics, and team management.

• Proven experience leading operations in a large-scale wholesale distribution warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability and desire to coach, mentor, and lead a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping and receiving best practices, and inventory management.

• Experience using Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee warehouse operations and multiple shifts to ensure work is completed efficiently, effectively, and correctly.
• Lead, train, coach, and continually develop the operations team.
• Collaborate daily with purchasing, sales, logistics, and other departments to support operational success.
• Create and maintain a culture focused on world-class customer service.
• Manage warehouse schedules to ensure proper staffing and workflow coverage.
• Review daily operational reports and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
• Manage warehouse safety, security, cleanliness, and organization.
• Review and approve weekly timesheets for the operations team.
• Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Support inventory management, shipping, receiving, and warehouse process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturer partners.
• Demonstrate company core values and best practices every day.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five years of prior warehouse experience with a focus on distribution.
• Four years of prior management experience with a focus on distribution.
• 3-5 years of inventory and operational experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in the wholesale PVF industry preferred.
• Prior crane and cherry picker operation experience preferred.
• Prior forklift experience preferred but not required.


Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Requires the ability to stand and walk long distances for extended periods of time.
• Requires visual, hearing, and speech acuity.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, elements, noise, and fumes.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Ability to use hands to operate office equipment.
