About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team in the Retail Trade industry. As the Retail Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that sales goals are met, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for managing and training a team of sales associates to ensure that they are meeting their performance targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Experience with retail sales and customer service.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
