What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations while building a positive, high-performing team.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Helping lead all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience

  • Coaching, developing, and motivating team members through positive leadership

  • Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees

  • Leading shifts while maintaining Jersey Mike's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service

  • Monitoring labor, productivity, and food quality throughout each shift

  • Assisting with inventory management, ordering, receiving deliveries, and controlling food costs

  • Opening and closing the restaurant as needed
