OPEN JOB: Assistant Nurse Manager, Labor & Delivery
LOCATION: Clovis, California (right outside of Fresno)
BASE SALARY: $146,473 to $190,424
Relocation Assistance Available

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • As an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) in the Labor & Delivery department this 350 bed acute care hospital, you'll join a close-knit team within a 16-bed unit known for its welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Here, you'll build on the clinical expertise and leadership skills you developed at the bedside to guide and support a dedicated team that provides exceptional, family-centered care.
  • You'll coordinate patient care, foster professional growth, and help drive quality, safety, and performance initiatives that enhance outcomes for patients and staff alike. As part of an inclusive and collaborative workplace, you'll play a key role in cultivating a positive culture where every team member feels valued and empowered to grow.
  • You bring both skill and heart to every shift, creating a reassuring presence for patients and families. In this role, you'll draw on your clinical expertise and personalized approach to guide families through life's most meaningful moments with confidence and care.

Required
  • Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
  • Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association required

Preferred
  • Graduate of approved nursing program required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
