Job description

Role Overview Lead the revitalization and strategic growth of an established Women's Services program while playing a foundational leadership role in the development of a brand-new acute care hospital campus. This role combines immediate operational oversight of Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery units with long-term strategic planning to build a state-of-the-art healthcare facility from the ground floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct day-to-day clinical operations, staffing models, and care workflows across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery units.
  • Spearhead strategic growth initiatives, clinical quality enhancements, and program expansion for a developing hospital campus.
  • Elevate patient, family, and physician experiences through rigorous service standards and proactive multidisciplinary engagement.
  • Cultivate a high-performing culture of clinical excellence, patient safety, and operational accountability.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on the structural design, workflow integration, and future-state operations of expanding women's health facilities.

Required Qualifications & Certifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification
  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing

  • Experience: 1 to 2+ years of relevant clinical or leadership experience in women's services.
  • Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level management.
