Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with scheduling, workload management, employee development, performance evaluations, and corrective action when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DEQ, and all company food safety and environmental standards.
  • Participate in overtime and weekend coverage as business needs require.
What We're Looking For
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Five or more years of industrial maintenance experience, including previous supervisory or team leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience in food manufacturing or another high-speed manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial systems.
  • Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation.
  • Working knowledge of conveyors, pumps, motors, valves, compressors, packaging equipment, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Experience using a CMMS to manage maintenance work orders and equipment history.
  • Strong understanding of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, USDA, and OSHA requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods.
  • Frequently bend, climb, kneel, and stoop.
  • Lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Work in varying temperatures throughout a manufacturing environment.
