Location: Chicago, IL 60602
Job Summary
Our property management company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiter/Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, helping to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
Pay Range for this role is $75,000 t0 $85,000 based on experience, plus annual bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment processes including talent sourcing, posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Provide our team with excellent customer care.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience or other HR support role.
  • Must have recruiter experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
