You will support the GM in driving revenue, controlling costs, enhancing the guest experience, and developing a high‑performing team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist the General Manager in revenue generation initiatives and participate in sales efforts including client meetings and sales calls.
  • Participate in the development of managerial and hourly employees through approved training programs and regular one‑on‑one meetings
  • Lead recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling for departments based on hotel business levels.
  • Oversee financial responsibilities such as accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and month‑end processes.
  • Maintain compliance with SOPs, preventative maintenance programs, and deep cleaning schedules through regular inspections.
  • Uphold service standards by ensuring staff interactions with guests and each other are always friendly, attentive, and professional.
  • Support operations during peak times and conduct regular walks through public areas to ensure cleanliness and guest engagement.
  • Ensure all required property meetings and MOD shifts are completed as scheduled.
  • Assist with the creation of financial reports and meet all reporting deadlines.
  • Promote open communication and professional working relationships across all departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3+ years progressive experience in hotel operations.
  • Previous supervisory experience required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a 2 to 4-year college degree is preferred.
  • Must be proficient with Windows operating systems.

What We’ll Do For You:
