Responsibilities

• Manage hotel staff and coordinate daily operational activities
• Maintain positive guest relations and address concerns promptly
• Oversee budgeting and financial performance of the hotel
• Ensure proper maintenance of hotel facilities
• Control inventory and supplies to meet operational needs
• Monitor compliance with safety and regulatory standards
