Job description

Position Summary

Seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for corporate and remote employees. This role focuses on desktop hardware, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, application support, ticket resolution, and workstation deployments. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and applications.
  • Monitor and respond to help desk tickets while meeting SLA requirements.
  • Perform PC imaging, builds, deployments, and equipment refreshes.
  • Handle installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for end users.
  • Support conference room and office technology needs.
  • Assist with hardware setup, equipment moves, cable management, and workstation configurations.
  • Participate in desktop-related projects under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile device issues.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of IT support or desktop support experience.
  • Experience supporting:
    • Windows desktops and laptops
    • Mobile devices
    • End-user applications
    • Hardware and peripherals
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT security principles.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
