Department Overview:
Semi-remote. Worker will need to periodically visit Trout Lake Station (Boulder Junction, WI) and we asking worker partially attends our Intertribal Manoomin/Manōmaeh Camp (Manitowish Waters, WI) on September 18-20, 2026.

Schedule:

Position Summary/Job Duties:
We seek an undergraduate student to participate in our social science project related to lake health and to participate and assist in the PhIN affiliated Intertribal Manoomin/Manōmaeh Camp. This project is out of the University of Wisconsin Center for Limnology (CFL) field station at Trout Lake Station (Boulder Junction, WI). Work will include transcription of project interviews, and correspondence with study participants. The student will have the opportunity to further engage with the project after interview transcriptions are complete.
