Reporting To: Cameron, Operations Manager
Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 / year
Description
You Are:
  • A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:
  • Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Location:
  • Our Office: 8097 Roswell Rd Bldg A, Sandy Springs, GA 30350 (Not remote/hybrid)
  • Our Projects (Your Work): Luxury homes in the surrounding area

Your Schedule:
  • Full Time (40hrs/Wk) - We do not short your hours!!!
  • Mon-Fri from 8:30am-5:00pm, 30min lunch

Your Manager:
  • Cameron, Operations Manager

Your Contribution to KINETIQ smart.home.:
  • Install/Maintain/Repair electrical and lighting systems (new/retro)
  • Read and Interpret blueprints
  • Learn and assist with low voltage cabling
  • Advanced troubleshooting of electrical issues
  • Follow safety rules and regulations
  • Communication with clients and team members
  • Coordinate with PMs, Engineering, & other trades on site
  • Maintain clean, organized job site
  • Document work and communicate weekly updates to PMs
  • Programming (Lutron/C4/Savant/Crestron/Wattstopper)
  • Lower Skill or No Programming = Less Pay

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience installing lighting control systems (Lutron/C4/Savant/Crestron/Wattstopper)
