Job description

Quality Service & Improvements, LLC is hiring a Lead Electrician to run residential and light commercial jobs in the field.

This is not an entry-level or helper position. We are looking for someone who can independently run jobs, troubleshoot issues, and make decisions in the field without constant direction.

  • Lead job flow and keep projects on schedule
  • Communicate clearly with the office and clients

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience (residential + light commercial)

  • Experience working from plans, layouts, and real-world field conditions
  • Must be able to walk onto a job and confidently determine next steps without needing instruction.

Important:
