Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and will play a key role in maintaining high occupancy rates across our portfolio. If you're a natural communicator, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet prospective tenants and tour them through available properties
  • Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally and promptly
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market availability, pricing, and promotions
  • Process rental applications and assist with lease preparation and execution
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and unit showings
  • Assist in marketing efforts and maintain an active online and social media presence
  • Foster positive relationships with current and prospective residents
  • Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and ready for showings
  • Maintain accurate records using property management software


Qualifications:

  • Prior leasing or sales experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with property management software (Entrata) is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Spanish speaking preferred
