Maintenance Tech Job Description
Bristol Harbour Condo is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team in South Bristol, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in building trades (plumbing, electrical, door replacement, window replacement), snow removal, and landscaping. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our community's buildings and grounds.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with snow removal and salting during winter months
  • Maintain landscaping and grounds, including mowing, trimming, and plantings
  • Assist with the coordination of contractors for larger maintenance projects
  • Ensure all maintenance equipment is properly maintained and stored
  • Communicate with residents and management regarding maintenance needs and updates
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a safe and clean environment for residents

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in building trades is a plus.
