Job description

Salary: $26-$32/hour

Integrity Learning Center is looking to hire a dynamic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our Pediatric Speech Department in Plainfield, Indiana. This unique position will allow a motivated individual the opportunity to provide speech and language therapy services to outpatient and ABA learners as part of our interdisciplinary therapy program under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Integrity is searching for passionate and motivated candidates who love to learn and apply their knowledge toward helping families who have a child with a developmental disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder.


Responsibilities

  • Implement speech and language treatment plans developed by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Provide direct therapy services to children with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders under SLP supervision.
  • Assist with data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation of client performance during therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with supervising SLPs, BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, and other team members to support positive client outcomes.
  • Prepare therapy materials and support the implementation of individualized treatment programs.
  • Model communication strategies and carryover activities for families and caregivers as directed by the supervising SLP.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company, state, and payer requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
  • Demonstrate high integrity and adherence to the company's core values.
  • Support a positive, collaborative, and learner-focused therapy environment.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field required.
  • Current Indiana Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be energetic and enjoy working with children.
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred but not required.
