As a leader of our Land Development Manager, you will oversee entire land development planning process for all assigned communities including: organizing, budgeting, and monitoring of various phases to maintain efficient operations while meeting Company standards and objectives.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree from four-year College or university with a background in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning, or Construction Management preferred. At least 10 years of land development experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
